A first floor waterfront condo on Lake Norman, North Carolina
A waterfront 1200sq.ft. first floor condo on Lake Norman with a 19ft ski boat. The condo has modern appliances, high-speed internet, directv, a 43inch HD television, and a gas fireplace. The outdoor patio has a gas grill, patio furniture and a bar to sit out and watch the sun set over the lake.
Exchange Destination(s): –Open to offers. In the winter we would prefer to visit ski destinations but not a requirement. During the summer we would like to visit tropical destinations but that is even less of a requirement.

Less than an hour drive to San Diego Wild Animal Park, Zoo and Seaworld. 1-2 hours to Disneyland and the Los Angeles attractions. Beaches, restaurants and shops are a 15 minute walk from the house, as is public transportation.
