Brand new apartment in fabulous Edinburgh location
Brand new apartment in Edinburgh City centre.
We have a very clean, modern and comfortable home. We are both non smokers and have no pets. The apartment has a balcony, an open plan livingroom / kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a 2nd room used as storage / office space and a bathroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances; microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. We have 2 TV's, with additional freeview channels, 2 DVD player and a VCR, a CD music systems and a computer. There is also a comfortable double sofabed in the living room. Therefore, the apartment is ideal for 2 but will cope with up to 4 persons. There are several board games and many books for quiet nights in. There are also two adult bicycles and 2 sets of ladies/junior clubs for anyone who fancies a round on one of the 30-40 golf courses within a 50 mile radius. Views to River Forth from bedrooms. Only a 15-20 minutes bus ride to all the attractions in this beautiful, historical city. Excellent transport links. Riverside location with lovely walks nearby.

Our home is ideally located for visiting beautiful Edinburgh city centre (15-20 minute bus ride to Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, etc. There is an abundance of museums, theatres, restaurants, bars, gardens, cathedrals, galleries, historical sites and shops around the city centre.
We are only 1.5 hours drive from the beautiful Highlands and Borders areas where you can walk, climb, mountain bike, go white water rafting, etc., or just enjoy a leisurely drive. We are also within 50 miles of Glasgow, Stirling, St. Andrews, Perth and Dundee. There are also opportunities nearby for dolphin watches.
